You’ve got two choices:

1. eSIM: After you sign up, you’ll get an activation email with a code. Just head to the activation page, enter the code, and use the QR code we provide to instantly set up your eSIM. Super quick and easy!
2. Physical SIM: Prefer a physical SIM? No problem! We’ll ship it to you, and once it arrives, you’ll receive an activation code via email. Pop the SIM into your compatible device after activation, and you’re good to go!

If your device doesn’t show up, just contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier, but please note it takes 10-15 business days for them to investigate. Once that’s done, we’ll send out a replacement device if needed.
